The Nobina ticket FAQ

To be able to buy and use the Nobina ticket you need to meet the following technical requirements:

• You have a valid payment card (debet/credit).
• You have a mobile device that can receive sms, send and receive data traffic, has a web browser, and has a screen able to show a scannable so called QR code.

The basic principle is you should have a valid ticket when boarding the bus.

There may be occasions, however, when you are instructed by the driver or any other Nobina representative to board the bus though you have not had the time to buy your ticket yet. In that case you should buy your ticket during the bus trip, or when arriving the bus's final destination.

Ticket control may occur during bus boarding, during the bus trip or before you leave the bus stop at the destination.

You may never board a bus if you lack the ability to buy a bus ticket according to the general terms and conditions.

If you do not hold a valid ticket for the current bus trip and/or lack the ability to buy one on request from a Nobina representative, you may be dismissed from the bus.

The Nobina ticket is valid for a bus trip to and from the Sweden Rock Festival 2023 venue with Nobina's festival buses, and within the zone for which the ticket is valid. The Nobina ticket may not be used in public transport, and public transport tickets may not be used for trips with Nobina's Sweden Rock buses.

No. The Nobina ticket gives you the right to make a single journey with any of Nobina's festival buses within the zone the ticket is valid for. It does not grant you a seat reservation.

Some departures are more popular, and the bus may occasionally be too crowded.

When buying our Nobina ticket, we guarantee that you will reach your desired destination. It may however be a bit later than you first expected, so please make sure you have some extra time before your favourites enter the stage.

The price of the Nobina ticket depends on which ticket you buy. You will see the price clearly when selecting the ticket and before paying for it, and also the total amount if you buy several tickets in the same order.

All prices are in SEK and including VAT and taxes.

If you wish to buy and use the Nobina ticket you need internet connection on your mobile device, amongst others. Especially during the evening and the night it might be difficult to get internet connection at the festival venue.

Buy your ticket well in advance, when appropriate. You will not activate the ticket until it is time to travel, anyway.

If it still absolutely just not works, then do this:

1. Buy a paper ticket at the Nobina's ticket office at the festival or from any of our resellers. Or pay as you are instructed from any of Nobina's ticket staff.
2. When you have more time, and internet connection again, regret your purchase by logging in to My pages. See below.
3. Om My pages, select "My purchases".
4. Select the purchase to regret, and perform the refunding at the bottom of the page.

Do you not find "Refund"? The most probably reason is that you bought several tickets in the same purchase, and used on ore more of the other tickets. Please contact Nobina's ticket staff onsite.

If you have lost the sms including a link to you purchase you received upon purchase, please do this:

1. Visit biljett.nobina.se/sweden-rock
2. In the menu with 2 horizontal lines, select "Log in".
3. Submit your mobile number and you will receive a 6 digit pin code in an sms.

You can buy more than one ticket at the time using the green arrows. Technically they are all single tickets, but just rock on anyway!

Please tell the respresentative which people you are paying for och scan each ticket separately. New tickets a found by swiping from the right of your screen.

Scan your tickets at the festival

Approach the scanner and scan your tickets for each travel mate one at the time. Use the last ticket yourself and enter.

Note! Please have in mind that if you buy several tickets in the same purchase (same payment) you cannot regret the purchase if you already used one or more of the tickets.

During Sweden Rock 2023 there will be 2 zones for Nobina's bus traffic to and from the Sweden Rock venue: zone 1 and zone 2. The ticket price varies depending on which zone you select.

You may only travel with the different bus lines within the zone your ticket is valid for. You may travel with any of the bus lines in that zone. Your ticket clearly shows which zone it is to be used in. If you happen to buy a ticket for the wrong zone, you may regret your purchase before the ticket expires, and buy another one for the correct zone. To be entitled to regret the purchase, your ticket may not be fully or partly used.

You can buy several tickets in the same purchase (same order). Perfect for instance if

• you would like to solve the ticket matter once and for all to be able to focus on other matters during the festival. Your tickets await you in My pages in your mobile until you need them.
• you buy both yourself and a friend of yours a ticket.

Please note 1

When buying a ticket for someone else, you are responsible for that person having a valid ticket in a ticket control.

Please note 2

If you buy several tickets in the same order and use one of them, you can not regret the purhase for the outstanding tickets. If you buy several tickets in different orders (different payments) you may regret each order respectively, given the ticket purchase meets the requirements for regretting a purchase.

My pages in general

My pages are activated the first time you make a Nobina ticket purchase during Sweden Rock 2023. That is where all your tickets are stored, both used and unused tickets. You can see all your purchase history as well as receipts for each purchase in My pages.

Log in

You log in to My pages using your mobile phone number. Submit your mobile phone number and click "Send sms". You will receive back an sms including a one-time digit code that you use as verification.

Find your tickets

My pages is the place to find all tickets you have purchased:

• Completely unused tickets to be used for a coming trip.
• Partly unused tickets to be used for a coming trip, such as single journey tickets from the same order as the ticket you have already used.
• Used or unvalid tickets.

Regret a ticket purchase

If your ticket purchase meets the regret purchase requirements, you regret your purchase on My pages.

You may regret a Nobina ticket purchase if you meet all these requirements:

• The ticket is not used, i.e. it has never been validated onboard a bus or by Nobina staff outside the bus.
• The expiration time has not run out.
• If you bought several tickets in the same order (same payment), none of the tickets may be used or not valid according to any of the bullets above.

You will clearly see for how long the ticket will be valid before you purchase the ticket.

No. The Nobina ticket is valid only for Nobina's festival buses to and from the festival venue during Sweden Rock 2023.

You may not use the Nobina ticket for public transport trips with Blekingetrafiken or other travel companies likewise.

No. The Nobina ticket may not be transferred, and can be used only on the mobile device where it was purchased. The same applies for regretting a purchase.*

*You may regret a ticket purchase before it expires given that you have not used the full ticket or parts of it.
